Due to limited space, our acceptance process is selective. This is a curated event, so we make it a point to not have too many vendors within the same category in order to keep a variety and for our vendors to get the most out of their time with us. Each market is a combination of returning vendors and brand-new vendors.

In terms of selection criteria, the amount of followers you have does not matter. We are only looking for a level of professionalism, thoughtful branding, and quality products that stand out when making our choice. We also prefer vendors that have their own brand and products vs. reselling products. You must be able to provide a website or Instagram account where we can view a variety of what you will be selling or services you will be offering. Our team thoughtfully reviews each application to make sure they're a good fit for the overall experience of the festival.

Please note:

All required permits, licenses, insurance, etc. will be the responsibility of the vendor. The application fee includes the City of Palm Desert Business License and Riverside County TFF, if applicable.

Please know and understand what is needed for your space to be in compliance.

You must provide your own pop-up tent, tables & chairs, etc.

A power connection will be available for an additional fee.
